If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email founder@remedycircuit.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Eligible
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item shipped
- Unused items in original condition when a return is approved in writing
Process
Approved returns receive instructions by email. Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Carrier rates and return shipping details will be finalized before public launch.
